As President, Laura drives the technical strategy and overall business direction of TransMachine Additive. For this, she pulls on a diverse skillset developed over 15 years that includes translating technical roadmaps into strategic business visions and vice versa, building businesses cases, securing capital and operating funding, protecting and exploiting Intellectual Property, and collaborating across the industrial supply chain.

Alderson Neira, Ph.D.
Alderson leads manufacturing operations at TransMachine Additive as well as many of the core business functions. He is also leading the development of a world class Quality Management System. A material scientist by background, Alderson brings a diversity of experience in the research and development of new products, processes, and testing methods.
